Probiotics help reduce pH in the colon by the bacterial production of short-chain fatty acids such as butyric acid, propionic acid, and lactic acid. A lower pH enhances peristalsis in the colon and subsequently decreases the colonic transit time which helps in alleviating constipation.

FOS is a prebiotic component, which is not produced in our body. This supplement promotes the growth and proliferation of probiotic bacteria. Provides gentle relief from constipation and its associated symptoms.
